Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on K9Home infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification to our designated Copyright Agent at support@k9homebid.com with the following information:

• 1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
• 2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location within the app so we can locate it.
• 3. Your contact information (Name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
• 4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• 5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• 6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
